Registration Rate

$845 - Professional rate
$495 - Students/Fellows, residents,and other attaining professional degrees
$425 - Single day: Friday, Saturday or Sunday

Preconference Workshop (Separate Registration Required)

$425 - Full day pre-conference: Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS): Advanced Theory and Hands-on Workshop.
$325 - Half day pre-conference:
- Morning: Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation
- Afternoon: DBS & SCS Engineering Principles for Clinicians

Media Policy

Media credentials are reserved for working media from accredited or recognized organizations attending the meeting for the purpose of editorial coverage. Press credentials and waived registration costs are provided at the 2019 NYC Neuromodulation Conference & Neuromodulation: The Science and do not indicate Neuromodec.com or Neuromodulation: The Science endorsement. Photography, video and audio recording by credentialed media may be limited based on conference attendee policy. Submit detailed credential requests to Education@Neurovations.com. All decisions on qualifications for media credentials are final. Credentialed media attendees must provide a valid photo ID on site at the meeting.

ADA Needs?

The NTS/NYN2019 Joint Meeting is ADA compliant. We take appropriate steps to ensure that no individual with a disability is excluded or otherwise treated differently.
Individuals requiring special assistance should contact Neurovations Education staff on site.
Requests for special accommodations under the ADA must allow enough time for evaluation and appropriate action by Neurovations Education and the venue.

Substitutions:

You may substitute another person within the same registration category through October 1, 2019.
Simply log in to your registration and update your registration record with the new attendee’s information.

Refund of registration fees less a $50.00 administrative fee may be given if registrant cancels online or via email to Education@Neurovations.com
6/30/19 5:01pm PT through 9/14/19 5:00pm PT:
Refund of registration fees less 50% may be given if registrant cancels online or via email to Education@Neurovations.com.
9/14/19 after 5:01pm PT:
After September 15, 2019, registration fees are non-refundable. However, you may substitute another individual to participate in the conference without charge until October 1, 2019.
